The Metropolitan Museum of Art
A museum in Manhattan, New York, founded in 1870. One of the largest museums in the United States, it holds art from around the world, from ancient Egypt to the present, and has a rich collection of Japanese art, including ukiyo-e by Hokusai and Hiroshige.
